If beard and possibly hair is growing to the point of which it is growing ginger bits then yes definitely needs sorting!! Otherwise looking like a true castaway! Isn't that a necessity for travelling?!

elsa says keep growing it.warmth in the winter shade in the summer. Grandma had her op wednesday 1stnov. she looks v. well so far. on morphine and various other drugs and threatening to be out by monday. cant wait. i shall be looking after her alone until gyda arrives on 13th. off to see the tar barrel rolling in ottery tomorrow if lauren comes to somerset. sounds as if you are having a lovely time i like the pink dolphin. what a funny shape.
ill write again soon l. m. oh tor had his 59th birthday yesterday. as you can imagine he was past his sell by date by lunchtime didnt even know why mummy had gone into hospital. however he and richard burton share the same birthday and have lots of things in common./ they were both born in wales, they both had miners in their family, thet both went to oxford, they are both heavy drinkers tor didnt marry elizabeth taylor twice richard burton died at 59. tor hopes doesnt do that either.
The tach is not that impressive so I think the beard should go or be trimmed. The hair looks fine though.

Clare - Shave the beard but keep the hair long.
Mark - As long as you are showering as often as I would it doesn't matter.
William - Your hair is not as long as mine.

I think you should keep growing it, if your hair is as long as mine by the time you get back you will look like my identical twin! Oh except i won't have a beard- taht will come once i hit 80! I like the look, at least you actually look like a surfer now rather than a banker trying to surf- or should that be something else??!! What does rels think?

Expect you have heard Emily had a little girl and both are doing fine though the caesarian means E. cannot drive for 6 weeks!
